NDIS-Specific Policies

Salama Health proudly supports NDIS participants and is committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care. All clients receiving NDIS-funded services will be provided with a Service Agreement outlining supports, goals, pricing, and responsibilities. We uphold your rights to dignity, respect, and choice. Participants may provide feedback, make complaints, or request changes to services without fear of reprisal. We are guided by the NDIS Code of Conduct and work closely with participants, families, and support coordinators.
