Cancellation and Refund Policies

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or failure to attend your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to the full session cost. This fee is not covered by insurance or NDIS. Refunds are only applicable in specific cases, such as double bookings or payments made in error. Please contact us directly to discuss refund requests.
